Getting Your Kids Excited About Healthy Eating

Getting kids to enjoy nutritious meals can feel like a challenge sometimes. I’ve found that involving them in meal planning makes a big difference. Last week, I invited my kids to pick a couple of veggies each at the farmers’ market, and they were way more excited to eat their colorful creations at dinner. How do you encourage your little ones to dive into healthy foods?

I totally get that excitement — when my kids help out in the kitchen, they’re more likely to try new things — i let them season the veggies, and suddenly they’re in love with their creations. Do you have any go-to recipes that involve their input?

That’s a great idea! Involving my kids in picking out fruits at the market has made them more eager to snack on them… Do you have a favorite veggie you all love?
