Has anyone used CE providers that award CEUs for job-embedded artifacts and explicitly align to state Pre-K standards and Head Start ELOF? I’m piloting three 90-minute micro-modules on math talk in block centers with rubric-based evidence (lesson plan + child language samples) and need a platform that recognizes this toward the 24 required hours.
BloomBoard handled our 3×90‑min math‑talk pilot as artifact‑based micro‑credentials, mapped to ELOF + state Pre‑K, and issued IACET CEUs our registry applied toward the 24. If you prefer DIY, Digital Promise micro‑credentials work similarly and many states accept them: https://microcredentials.digitalpromise.org. Which state registry are you submitting to, since approval rules vary?
+1 to @nancy_o47; also try Digital Promise — accepts lesson plans and child language samples; confirm IACET CEUs hit your registry.
We got our state registry to count it by becoming an approved training sponsor and listing the series as ‘job-embedded’ with explicit ELOF + state Pre‑K tags; we ran artifacts through a simple Canvas shell and issued certificates with our sponsor ID. Small caveat: ours required a brief live touchpoint, so we added a 15-minute coaching check-in tied to the rubric. @nancy_o47 did your registry accept artifact review alone?
